ONE INDEXER ONE FUNCITON: indexing, swaying or up & down.
ONE INDEXER TWO FUNCTIONS: PCCM precision indexers, if not for one unit one function, the indexers can have two functions on one unit: indexing & swaying, swaying & up & down, indexing & up & down.
CUSTOM AVAILABLE: customized per demanded, single or two input shafts, customized input shaft dia., or length, specific mounting PCD, or customized sensor brackets, etc. For mass project qty, specific customized such as indexer colors will be feasible.
ACCESSORIES (optional): indexer induction motor per voltages demanded, with worm matched gearboxes, sensors, sensor brackets, etc., will offer per request. If the accessories also ordered, whole set (indexers & gear motors) will be assembled before shipment.
APPLICATONS:
- For ac gear motor or automation systems.
- For “rotating motion” applications. Turntables can install directly on the indexers to perform precise indexing.
Application examples such as machine tool, inspection machines, auto-welding machines, feeding machines, pressing machines, honing machines, semi-conductor equipment, packaging machines, food machines, etc.
